Emilie Kreuziger

1870 - 1949

 

Mrs. John Kreuziger, 78, well known resident of Watertown, residing at 223 North Washington Street, died April 15, 1949.

 

A native of the town of Emmet, she was a daughter of the late John and Barbara Langer and was born Nov. 6, 1870. She was married in St. Henry's on June 5, 1894, to John Kreuziger. They lived on a farm in the town of Emmet until their retirement in October, 1928, when they moved to Watertown.

 

Mrs. Kreuziger was a life long member of St. Henry's Church. She was a member of the Christian Mothers' Confraternity and the Altar society and was an honorary member of the American Legion auxiliary here by virtue of being a Gold Star mother from World War I.

 

Services were in St. Henry's Church with the Rev. A. H. Foltz officiating and interment was in St. Henry's Cemetery.
