Taken by Death
Milwaukee Resident Is Stricken Sunday; To Be Buried Here.
George H. (Nick) Quinn, resident of Milwaukee, died suddenly yesterday at Manitowish where he was spending the summer, according to a message received by his sister, Mrs. George Hoffman. He was well known in Watertown. For the past 15 years he had worked for the Sears-Roebuck Co. in their Milwaukee store.
Mr. Quinn was born in Oconomowoc. His wife was formerly Miss Irene Seibel of Watertown. She survives. A daughter, Mrs. Arthur Barrett, died 14 months ago.
Besides Mrs. Hoffman there is another sister, Mrs. Thomas Lee Sheppard, Oconomowoc, and there is one brother, William Quinn, Milwaukee.
Mr. Quinn was a member of Watertown council No. 1478, Knights of Columbus, and was also a member of the Oconomowoc Young Bachelors’ club.
The funeral will be
held in Milwaukee Wednesday morning from the Froeming
