Anton Moser died of pneumonia in Chicago last week Thursday, having been
ill only two days. His remains were
brought here on Sunday and interred in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Deceased was an old resident of Watertown, and after the death of his
wife [Caroline] here a month ago, went to Chicago to reside.
He was 86 years of age.

On Thursday, Sept 10, 1908, Mrs. Anton Moser, .811
Garfield Street, died of general debility, aged 95 years. Deceased was born at Birlbach,
Germany, March 31, 1813, and after her marriage to Philip Moser, came to
America, locating in New Orleans in 1840.
The following year she and her husband returned to Germany, coming to
New Orleans again in 1848.
In 1849 they located in Watertown, and in 1851 her
husband died. In 1852 she married Anton
Moser, who survives her. Seven children
were born to her, six of whom are living, being John Muth,
Watertown ; Mrs. Conrad Jaehries, Mrs. William Wagner, Chicago; Mrs. L. W. Krueger,
Milwaukee; Mrs. C. F. Wooley, Mrs. Chas. Munth,
Chicago. Thirty-two grand children and
eight great grandchildren also survive
