Adeline E. McCaig, 86, of
Watertown, died
Funeral services will be held at the Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with the Rev. Dr.
Carol A. Lange of First Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ
officiating. Burial will be
in Oak Hill Cemetery, Watertown.
Memorials may be directed to the church.
The former Adeline Bock was born
Adeline had been employed at the former Village
Blacksmith in Watertown for many years. She was a member of First Evangelical
and Reformed United Church of Christ in Lowell and its Willing Workers group.
She was also a member of AARP.
Adeline enjoyed fishing, traveling, gardening and
flowers. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are a son, Ronald (Georgene) McCaig of Watertown; two grandchildren, Debra (Steven) Schluter of Watertown and Steven (Melissa) McCaig of Scottsdale, Ariz; four
great-grandchildren, Heath Schluter, Kayla Schluter, Kiana McCaig and
Cambria McCaig; three sisters, twins Viola Sell and
Leola (George) Kunert, both of Watertown, and
Margaret (Clarence) Buedler of Beaver Dam; nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gervas McCaig on
