Raymond Lynch

1950 - 2004

 

Raymond A. Lynch, 53, of Waterloo, died Aug. 6, 2004, at Watertown Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack. Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Watertown with the Rev. Allan Kranz officiating.  Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Watertown.

 

Raymond was born Dec. 16, 1950, in Beaver Dam, the son of Bernard and Alice (Gottschalk) Lynch and was a production Automation Specialist at Promega Corp. of Madison for the past 11 years.  He was married to Elaine Thompson July 18, 1976, at Fort Sill, Okla.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had been stationed in Germany.  He was a graduate of Watertown High School in the class of 1969 and attended MATC for two years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Watertown.

 

Survivors include his wife, Elaine M. Lynch of Waterloo; five children, Robert (Senada) Allen of Washington, D.C., Ronald Allen of Las Vegas, Nev., Brian (Becky) Allen of Neenah, Heather Lynch of Waterloo, R. Isaac Lynch of Waterloo; grandchildren, Aimee-Nicole Allen, Brittany Allen, Shelby Allen-Davis and Benton Allen; his mother Alice Lynch of Watertown; five sisters, Barbara (Butch) Haeni of Leroy, Juleen (Donald) Skog of Fond du Lac, Mary (David) Chingway of Watertown, Sandra (Michael) Lentz of Iron Ridge, Christine (David) Kohloff of Waterloo; three brothers, Bernard (Cathy) Lynch, Jr. of Watertown, James (Diane) Lynch of Watertown, Michael (Gee) Lynch of Watertown.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, David, and a sister, Debra.
