Donald John Krueger

Donald John Krueger, 90, of Watertown, passed away on April 3, 2020 at Park Ridge Assisted Living.
He was born on August 4, 1929 the son of Edgar and Josephine (Schuch) Krueger. He married Irmgard Oestreich on April 17, 1982.
Don attended St. Henry Catholic School, graduated from Watertown High School and on year at Whitewater College. He worked for Wisconsin Natural Gas (now WE Energies) over 40 years as a dispatcher. Don enjoyed golf and was a member of the Watertown Country Club and was proud of having two (2) holes in one.
He also bowled in 2
leagues. He was a member of the Watertown Elks Club and the Watertown Lions
Club and worked for 30+ years on a Riverfest Committee. He enjoyed the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and had
Wisconsin Season football tickets for many years.
Don is survived by
his wife Irmgard; one sister, Patricia DeSmidt of Fitchburg;
one niece, Joy (Stuart) Geeren of Madison; nephews
Craig (Betsy) Wilson of Cambridge; Guy (Ann) Wilson of Madison and Jay
(Kathy)Wilson of Naperville, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, a
sister, Barbara Timm and nephew Blaine Wilson.
Private family services are being held. Donald’s final resting place is Oak Hill Cemetery. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family.
