Marie Klinger

Fred Klinger, well known resident of Watertown, died at her residence, 1018

She
was the former Marie Giese and was born in Germany
She
married Mr. Klinger in the town of Shields in 1901 and following their marriage
they lived near here. Later they moved to Watertown where Mr.
Klinger was for many years engaged in the automobile business.
Surviving
are her husband, four daughters and a son; Mrs. E. J. King, Mrs. Carl A. Raue, Mrs. Norman Becker and Wallace Klinger, this city;
and Mrs. Delbert Keltner, Milwaukee. There are 13 grandchildren and one great
grandchild. Two brothers also survive, Fred and Edward Giese, Duluth, Minn.
Mrs.
Klinger was a member of the First Congregational church. She was a woman who was devoted to her home
and family and took a great interest in her garden and flowers, a lover of
nature. The funeral was held from the Schmutzler Funeral Home with burial
in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. Harry E.
Philo officiated.
