Death of Harry Baum

 

On Thursday morning, July 25, 1912, at Waldheim Sanitarium, occurred the death of Harry Baum, at the age of 45 years.  Deceased has been ailing for several years with a complication of diseases and went to the sanitarium last Saturday, but nothing could be done for him. Mr. Baum was born in Watertown in 1867.  He was educated in the public schools of Watertown, graduating from the high school there, after which time he attended the Sacred Heart College, and later the University of Wisconsin.  He has resided in this city a number of years and for the past few years has conducted a drug store on Milwaukee Street.  – Oconomowoc Enterprise

 

Decreased was a son of the late Amos Baum and wife and his death was learned here with sincere sorrow by all his old friends.  On Saturday his remains were brought here and interred in Oak Hill Cemetery beside those of his father, mother, sister and brother.  The death of Harry Baum wipes out the entire Baum family, so prominent in social and business affairs in Watertown for many years. – Watertown Gazette
