Riedl-McGovern
2004
Samantha Riedl and Ryan McGovern,
both of Elkhorn, exchanged wedding vows on July 24 at St. Henry’s. Performing
the ceremony was Rev. Bernard Rott.
The bride is the daughter of James
and Joanne Riedl,
Matron of honor was Melissa Kading. The maid of honor was Sarah Riedl, sister of the
bride. Bridesmaids include Crystal Higgins and Regina Cowell.
The best man was Brandon Hoeft.
Groomsmen were Tyler Barker, Anthony Haas and Shane
McGovern, brother of the groom. Serving as ushers were Joshua Eddy, cousin of
the groom, and Chris Vander Horck.
Greeters were the bride's cousins,
Melissa, Elizabeth and Rachel Neary. Musicians during
the ceremony were Michelle Rousch-Neary, Rob
Anderson, Mary Ellen Backes and John Batzko.
A reception followed the ceremony at
Windwood.
A senior at the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater, the groom is majoring in business/ finance. He is
employed at ShopKo in Delavan.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of the
University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and works as an early childhood special
education teacher in Kenosha.
The couple went on a honeymoon to
Disney World and Discovery Cove in Florida.
They made their home at 519-A,
