The wedding of Miss Donna Mae
Richter and Sgt. Robert E. Radtke was solemnized
November 10, 1951, in St. Henry's Catholic Church. The Rev. A. J. Herrmann
officiated.
The bride was the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Edwin J. Richter,
The bride was given in marriage by
her father.
The maid of honor was Miss Carolyn Enquist, Highland Park, Ill., cousin of the bride. Aides
were Miss Carol Radtke, sister of the groom; Miss
Leah Rae Richter, sister of the bride, Miss Rita Winkler, cousin of the bride,
and Miss Pat Krueger.
Eugene Radtke
attended his brother as best man. Ushers were Larry Richter, brother of the
bride, Tony Surdick, cousin of the bride, Dale Wilson and Bob Jensch.
Seventy-five guests attended the
wedding dinner at the Green Bowl. In the evening a dance was held at Ixonia Firemen's hall.
Both the bride and groom are
graduates of the Watertown High School. He has been a member of the air force
for the past two years. His bride was formerly employed at the Wisconsin
Telephone Co.
The newlyweds resided in Midwest
City, Okla.
