Kraemer - Kaul

At a November 17, 1951, nuptial High Mass in St. Henry's Donna Kraemer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kraemer, Marshfield, became the bride of Edward L. Kaul, route 1, Watertown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kaul. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Joseph Brechtl.

 

The bride was presented in marriage by her father.

 

Matron of honor was Mrs. Edward Hassinger, Marshfield, sister of the bride.  Bridal aides were the Misses Rachel and Monica Kraemer, Marshfield, sisters of the bride, and Mrs. George Schere, Rockford, Ill.

 

Mr. Kaul's best man was the bride's brother, Ray Kraemer of Milwaukee. Groomsmen were George Schere, Tom Kaul and Eddie Hassinger.  Ushers were Jimmy Kraemer, cousin of the bride, and Don Kreuziger, cousin of the groom.

 

The ceremony was followed by a wedding breakfast at the home of the bride's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Kraemer. A dinner was served at the Green Bowl and was followed by a reception.

 

A graduate of Watertown High School, the groom served in the navy for two years. He operated a farm on route 1, where the couple resided. The new Mrs. Kaul graduated from the Marshfield High School and the Marvel Beauty Culture School, Milwaukee. Prior to her marriage she was employed at Betty's Beauty Shop, Watertown.

Ed and Donna Kaul Observe 54th Anniversary

 

 

Donna and Ed Kaul, 204 North Ave., Watertown, are observing their 54th wedding anniversary today.

 

Kaul and the former Donna Kraemer were united in marriage on Nov. 17, 1951, at St. Henry’s.

 

Kaul is employed by the United States Department of Agriculture, Strauss Veal in Watertown and Ebert's Greenhouse Village in Ixonia.

 

The couple has two children, David Kaul and Maureen Raabe, both of Watertown.
