At a nuptial mass in St. Henry's vows were exchanged December 29, 1951, by Miss Mary Goecke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William P. Goecke, 307 South Fourth Street, and John Evanich, son of Mrs. Mary Evanich, 938 West Mineral Street, Milwaukee. The Rev. Victor E. Sleva of St. Francis Seminary, Milwaukee, friend of the couple, officiated.

Matron of honor was Mrs. Robert Schaefer of Watertown. Best man was William Udovich of Milwaukee.

The groom was a graduate of Marquette school of engineering and is employed by the Permanent Construction Co., Milwaukee. His bride graduated from St. Mary's school of nursing, Milwaukee and was employed at St. Mary's hospital in Watertown.

The newlyweds resided in Milwaukee.
