Karen Marie Taylor

1948-2002

 

Karen Marie Taylor, 53, of Clyman, died March 5, 2002, at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison.

 

She was born on March 13, 1948, in Fond du Lac to Andrew and Margaret Bonlender, and graduated in 1966 from Kewaskum High School.

 

She married Russell Taylor on May 4, 1968, at St. Kilian Catholic Church, St. Kilian, and the couple owned and operated Taylor Trucking in Watertown.

 

She also worked at Perry Printing (North Star) in Watertown.

 

She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Watertown.

 

Survivors include a son, Timothy (Corinne) Taylor of Watertown; two stepsons, Robert (Mary) Taylor of Watertown and Mike (Karen) Taylor of Ixonia; four step-daughters, Mary (Joel) Koch of Fond du Lac, Patricia (Joe) Walesewicz of Green Bay, Carol (Jarrett) Anderson of Fond du Lac and Wanda (Ken) Schmidt of Eden; a sister, Linda (Pete) Winter of Campbellsport; two brothers, John (Helen) Bonlender of West Bend and Jim (Jean) Bonlender of Brooklyn Center, Minn.; her father, Andrew Bonlender of Campbellsport; two grandchildren; 21 step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

 

Preceding her in death were her husband on April 24, 1989, and her mother, Margaret Bonlender.

 

Father Thomas Marr officiated and burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Fond du Lac.
