William Motl

1875 - 1951

 

Funeral services were held on December 15, 1951, for William A. Motl, 76, Winnetka, Ill., a former Watertown resident. He died at the Alexian Brothers Hospital at Oshkosh where he had been a patient for about one year.

 

Mr. Motl was born at Clyman on June 15, 1875, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Motl, pioneer residents there. He was married to Florence Coler who preceded him in death.

 

Mr. Motl was for many years a photographer. At one time he resided here and then went to Janesville. Later he moved to Winnetka.

 

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Winnetka.

 

Services were at St. Henry’s; the Rev. A. J. Herrrmann officiated. Interment was in Holy Assumption Cemetery, Clyman.
