resident of Watertown, residing at
She was the former Julia Haberkorn, a
pioneer family of this section. She was
born here
Mrs. McCarthy was a member of St.
Bernard's Catholic Church, the Rosary and Altar society and the Pitterie-Beaudoin post auxiliary, American Legion, of which
she wan a Gold Star Mother member.
The funeral took place in St. Bernard's
Church, the Rev. James Gailagan, C.S.C., officiated.
Interment was in St. Bernard's cemetery.
