Widow of Former Mayor Stricken At Home Here

 

The funeral of Mrs. Helen Lutovsky, 68, widow of Mayor Charles Lutvosky, will be held Friday morning from the Boyle funeral home, with services in St. Henry’s Catholic Church at 9:30 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Henry’s cemetery.  The Rev. Dean F. X.  Schwinn will officiate.

 

Mrs. Lutovsky died suddenly yesterday.  She lived in the family home at 214 North Ninth Street.

 

She was the former Helen Wolfram, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anton Wolfram of the town of Watertown where she was born.  She married Mr. Lutovsky in 1902 in St. Henry’s church.  He passed away here in 1935, after serving two full terms as mayor and completing the unexpired term of the late Mayor A. H. Hartwig.

 

Mrs. Lutovsky is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Clifford Donahue, this city, Mrs. Arthur Schalon, Greenville, O.; Miss Dorothy Lutovsky, Fond du Lac and Miss Margaret Lutovsky, Cincinnati, O.  There is one grandchild.

 

Other survivors include one sister, Mrs. William Neis, Clyman, and two brothers, Joseph Wolfram, Chicago, and Ben Wolfram, Manitowoc.

 

Mrs. Lutovsky was a member of St. Henry’s church and of the Christian Mothers society.
