Jerome L. Kunitz

1930 - 2006

 

Jerome L. Kunitz, 76, of Johnson Creek, died October 25, 2006, at Watertown Memorial Hospital.

 

Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Watertown with the Rev. Richard Pagels officiating.

 

Burial will be in St. Henry Cemetery.

 

Memorials to Countryside Home or Bethesda Lutheran Homes would be appreciated. Jerome was born on June 22, 1930, in Watertown, son of Michael and Veronica (Sullivan) Kunitz.

 

Jerome had lived in Watertown and at Countryside Home, and recently he was a resident of Mark House in Johnson Creek. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Farmington.

 

Jerome was the last member of his immediate family. He is survived by his nephews, Warren (Barbara) Potts of Franklin and Gregory (Marilyn) Potts of Sturgeon Bay; great-nieces and nephews, Jillian (Paul) Feit, Renee Potts, Laura Potts and Matthew Potts.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Veronica Potts.
