Hulda Kohta

1882 - 1951

 

Mrs. Joseph Kohta, 69, of 416 North Second Street, died November 11, 1951, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Louis Oestreicher, 131 Dewey Avenue. She had been ill with a heart ailment and had recently been at a hospital.

 

The funeral was at St. Henry's and the Rev. A. J. Herrmann officiated and interment was in St. Henry's Cemetery.

 

She was a native of Dane County and was born June 18, 1882, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank. Skopp, her maiden name being Hulda Skopp. She married Mr. Kohta at Waterloo in 1900. They came to Watertown from Janesville in 1942.
