Mark "Harry" D. Hemp

1963 - 2005

 

 

Mark "Harry" D. Hemp, 41, of Watertown, died from a heart attack on January 12, 2005, at his residence.

 

Funeral services were held at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Watertown with the Rev. Bernard Rott officiating.

 

The Pederson Funeral Home served the family.

 

Memorials were to be made to St. Henry's Church or the Watertown Humane Society.

 

Mark was born on Aug. 16, 1963, in Neillsville, son of Don and Doris (Lins) Hemp. He attended Loyal High School in Loyal. He was honorably discharged from the Army in 1981.

 

Mark enjoyed helping neighbors with snow shoveling and lawn mowing, as well as small engine repairs. He loved Harleys and tattoos. Mark's warm, friendly personality will be greatly missed.

 

Survivors include his mother, Doris; a brother, Anthony; a niece, Melissa; a nephew, Jason; a sister, Linda (Timothy); and his beloved pets, Snickers and Tasha.

 

He was preceded in death by his father in 1995 and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

 

Buried in St. Bernard’s cemetery.
