Walter Heil

1884 - 1949

 

Walter H. Heil, Sr., 64, of 206 North Fifth Street, died July 10, 1949, following a week's illness. Mr. Heil was a native of Waterloo, where he was born Sept. 15, 1884, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Heil. He was married at St. Henry's Catholic on Aug. 8, 1907 to Miss Anna Bub.

 

Mr. Heil had lived in Watertown all of his life. He was a plumber and for many years operated a plumbing business in Watertown. His work became widely known for its thoroughness and his expert installations and service.

 

Mr. Heil was a member of St. Henry's. The funeral took place from the Boyle funeral home with services in St. Henry's. The Rev. A. M Foltz officiated and interment was in St. Henry's Cemetery.
