Charles “Charlie” P.
Engelhart, 80, of Watertown, passed away Saturday
evening, July 20, 2013, at Golden Living-Center, in Watertown, while under the
care of Rainbow Hospice of Jefferson.
A memorial service
will be held on Wednesday, July 24, at 7 p.m. at the Hafemeister
Funeral Home in Watertown. Relatives and friends may call to pay their respects
at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at St. Henry Catholic Cemetery at
a later date. Memorials, if desired, may be given to his special friend and
loved one, Jane Graber.

Charles P. Engelhart was born in Watertown on Sept. 21, 1932, son of Raymond and Vera (Langer) Engelhart.
Charlie had been
employed at the Mid-State Shoe Factory in Watertown and at the Beaver Dam Shoe
Factory. He had also worked at Ruehlow’s Fiberglass in Watertown and, after several years
of employment, retired from Mastermold in Watertown.
Charlie enjoyed
going to steam engine shows and attending parades.
He is survived by
his loved one, Jane Graber, of Watertown.
Charlie was preceded
in death by his parents and a brother.
