Donald Dearth

1921 - 1993

 

Donald F. Dearth, 72, 1517 Sandy Lane, died July 18, 1993 at Marquardt Memorial Manor.

 

A funeral service was held at St Henry’s with the Father Thomas Segerson officiating.

 

Burial was at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Madison.

 

Donald was born May 17, 1921, in Manawa, Waupaca County, the son of Raymond and Alice (Nolan) Dearth. On June 29, 1957 he married Aline “Corky" Kurth at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Madison.

 

He was a member of St. Henry’s Church.

 

He attended Manawa grade school and graduated from Little Wolf High School in Manawa in 1941. He was employed at St. Mary's Medical Center and Meriter Medical Center in Madison. He was also employed at Seaman-Andwell in Ixonia, Bethesda Lutheran Home and Watertown Memorial Hospital.

 

He was a member Of the Watertown Moose Lodge 830, the Evening American Association of Retired Persons, 3056, the Walk and Rollers Club and the Wisconsin Wawbeek Associated Activity Club.
