Stella Becker

Stella C. Becker, 78, 920 Reinhold St., died June 4, 1995, at Watertown Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Funeral services were held at the Pederson Funeral Home of Watertown with the Revs. Valerie and Barry A. Lehman officiating. Burial took place in St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery.

She was born Ju1y 28, 1916, in Watertown, daughter of Valentine and Caroline (Popp) Roth. She was married to George Becker on February 4, 1944. He preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1989.

She was a beautician and manager of MI Lady's Beauty Salon in Watertown for 35 years, retiring in 1987. She was a member of Watertown Moravian Church and Ruth Circle of the church, and a charter member of Women of the Moose Chapter 34. She was a member of the Funsters Club, Watertown Senior Center, and AARP Chapter 4745.
