1903, Confirmation

Last Sunday morning at 9:30 o'clock Bishop Schwebach of La Crosse confirmed a class of 114 at St. Henry's Church and in the afternoon at 3:30 a class of 90 at St. Bernard's church.

Bishop Schwebach in the afternoon at 3 o'clock was escorted in a carriage from St. Henry's parsonage, being the guest of Rev. Father La Boule, to St. Bernard's Church by members of the Catholic Order of Foresters, Catholic Knights and St. Henry's Benefit society.

After services at St. Bernard's, Bishop Schwebach and a number of priests dined with Rev. Father Rogers at St. Bernard's parsonage.

At St. Joseph's church, Richwood, on Monday the bishop administered confirmation to quite a large class and went from there to Juneau on a similar mission.
