“Cast me not out from your presence, and your Holy Spirit take not from me.”

                  Psalm 51: 13

Next week brings on those most blessed of days:  Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter.  May you and your family be recipients of the graces that just flow from immersion into those events, especially through participation in the rich church services that we are so privileged to participate in as Catholic people.

From Miss Boettcher:   Several members of the St. Henry Youth Group, including some of our older students, will be participating in the annual Food Fast during spring break.  On the evening of Holy Thursday and all day Good Friday, these young people will be fasting, praying, and learning about issues that so many people in our world face regarding hunger and poverty.  (They will also make time to enjoy themselves, of course!)    As part of the Food Fast, the youth are collecting donations to be sent to Catholic Relief Services, an organization that serves the poor in many places around the world.  Please keep these young people in your prayers as they work to grow closer to God and find ways to love and serve others.  If you are interested in donating to assist the youth group in raising funds, please contact Miss Boettcher at brendab821@yahoo.com or by phone at 920-723-2355.  Also, everyone is welcome to attend the presentation of the Passion of Christ that the youth group will be presenting at 6:00 p.m. on Good Friday (April 22) at St. Henry Church.
