My name is Josh Cutting and I am currently a Life Scout in Troop 43 out of St. Henry's parish. I am finishing up on a project I started to get my Eagle Scout Award. There are many people I would like to thank for supporting my project, especially a few Watertown businesses. A major thanks goes out to Dodge Concrete for donating concrete and the use of tools to my cause. Also Hepp Excavating for donating gravel and Zuern's Lumber for donating framing wood.
