LaVerne J. Jine (Bergdoll) [1928-2009]

 

LaVerne worked at F. W. Woolworth's as the manager of the lunch counter, then Zwieg's Grill and later was a sales clerk for Sears Watertown for 25 years, retiring in 1988.  She and her husband operated Jine's Popcorn Stand first located at Sixth and Main and now at Riverside Park.  She was survived . . .   WDT
