10 23 BIDS FOR BUILDING A BRIDGE at the east end of Main Street
COMMON COUNCIL – Ald. McHugh presented to the council two sealed envelopes which were opened by the Clerk and found to contain bids for building a bridge at the east end of Main Street, which were read by the Clerk, and on motion of Ald. Fischer the time for receiving bids was extended two weeks. WD
